Plugin set out to solve one of the most frustrating problems in events: complexity. For organizers, managing ticketing, promotions, and finances often meant juggling too many tools. For attendees, discovering events, buying tickets, and tracking them felt fragmented.
Plugin set out to solve one of the most frustrating problems in events: complexity. For organizers, managing ticketing, promotions, and finances often meant juggling too many tools. For attendees, discovering events, buying tickets, and tracking them felt fragmented.
We designed Plugin as an end-to-end event platform — making it simple for attendees to find and enjoy events, while giving organizers powerful yet approachable tools to launch and manage theirs.

Our discovery sessions uncovered three key insights:
Attendee fatigue: Many users were tired of clunky event sites where discovery felt like guesswork.
Organizer overload: Event creators felt weighed down by complex dashboards and disconnected flows.
Vendor invisibility: Vendors — a critical part of the live event ecosystem — lacked visibility into events that actually welcomed them. They wanted clear pathways to participate, easier vendor-pass access, and better alignment with organizers.

Plugin was designed to take the chaos out of events by creating a single, smooth space where both attendees and organizers thrive. For attendees, the focus is on making ticket discovery and purchases seamless while also helping them find trusted vendors for event-related needs.

For organizers, Plugin offers tools that simplify ticket sales, manage guest lists and streamline vendor coordination. Instead of juggling multiple apps, messy spreadsheets, or WhatsApp back-and-forths.
